Terms of Service
The General Terms and Conditions of Business set out below shall apply to the relationship between Hippus GmbH (Horse Perfofmance Improvements Pty/Ltd in Australia and New Zealand) and its customers. They form an integral part of every contract concluded between the parts for the entire Hippus product range. Subsidiary agreements or modifications of these General Terms and Conditions of Business must be in writing.
All offers in websites, catalogues, brochures etc. shall not be binding and are without obligation. Solely excluded from this are specific offers for individually specified deliveries.
Our prices are non-binding. Price changes shall be applied with immediate effect without special notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices are understood to be ex warehouse Hippus GmbH. Packaging and shipping costs will be invoiced separately. Please keep in mind that in addition to the purchase price customs duties and VAT of your home country will be incurred.
Hippus shops only accepts payments via PayPal, which is the most used and safe online payment method.
Customers that does not have a PayPal account can use their credit or debit card through the service offered by PayPal.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Notification of defects
The customer must inspect the goods for completeness and absence of defects immediately upon receipt. Complaints about defective, incomplete or incorrect delivery shall only be accepted if they have been notified within three working days at the latest after receipt of the goods. If the notification of defects is not filed within this period, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted. Hippus GmbH shall only be liable for defects within the framework of the warranty provisions set out below. Any further claims shall be excluded even if a notification of defects has been lodged on time.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order (e.g. wrong product size), please inform us within 14 days of your receipt of the products, and we will be happy to exchange or refund the goods as long as the product is in the condition it was received, unused and in it's original packaging. Delivery costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty. We Advise that if you are returning a product, you need to use a recordable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the head office of the invoicing company.
